Agenda: The flight is for two people. There will be a pilot in the basket with you. Having decided upon your preferred location from the list attached, register with your chosen balloon operator and advise them of your availability. The operator will then contact you when there is a promising weather forecast, and a flight is being arranged for your preferred day, to see if you are available. Follow the balloon operator's pre-flight instructions, call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable, and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your flight. Balloons are flown first thing in the morning and last thing in the day from spring to autumn and occasionally throughout the day in winter. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three hours. Cameras and videos are welcome so bring plenty of film *Season runs March to October.

Notes: On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 10 months validity. Flights take place on weekdays from March to October. You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the operator. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol. You must obey all requests and instructions issued by the operators representative and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given. The operator will not fly children under the age of 8. A child under the age of 16 will only be flown if accompanied by a adult. You must be 4 foot 6 inches or taller to participate in this experience. Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date your flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights on specific dates. Most importantly there must be wind speeds of less than 10 mph, reasonable visibility, a stable atmosphere and no rain or snow. Old flat weatherproof shoes or walking boots and comfortable casual walking clothing suitable to the appropriate time of year are recommended as you will take off and land in a field. It is recommended that other garments should be made from natural as opposed to man made fabrics. Ladies are advised to wear trousers. All flights are civil aviation authority certified and regulated.
