Agenda: You may arrive at the spa from 9.30am where you will receive a short briefing covering the itinerary of the day. You are then at leisure to make the most of the wonderful facilities on offer including the pool, gym,
Jacuzzi, sauna and a complete range of studio classes. You'll receive a light lunch and either a thalasso therapy pool session or aqua jet treatment which will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
